A computer that is there for you when you really need one.    If we arrive at your home or business and find that your computer is not repairable within a reasonable time frame (Generally one hour),  we will leave you with a laptop to use while your computer is repaired offsite.   This is typically a 1 to 3 day loan period.   The loaner laptop is loaded with Windows 10 and has some common productivity software loaded on it.   We will make sure it is connected to your network/internet connection before we leave,  so that you are not out of work because of a computer problem that cannot be fixed immediately.

The loaner laptops are Wi-Fi ready,  have built in Ethernet jacks,  and are with the technicians when they arrive at your site.

We do have a referral discount!    If you refer us to another individual or business,  your hourly rate will be discounted 10% an hour less for future hourly work.   The referral discount does not apply to flat rate pricing.
